Con artists. Blatant fraud.I checked too late. Hidden subs WITH GREYED OUT INACTIVE " Cancel Subscription" button on the app. I paid by PayPal so not worried about getting a refund. I have evidence of the impossibility of of canceling on app and a lengthy email chain refusing a refund as evidence. If you paid by card, it will be a little slower but collect your own evidence. It won't be hard! And make sure you get your own refund. Don't let them get away with it. **The reply is yet more evidence of the true nature of these fraudsters - by definition "I have alteady "reached out" They already have all the information they have requested. THEY HAVE the email chain. THEY MAKE THE APP. On the 20th - in 7 daya - I can escalate with PayPal who have all the emails and evidence of the greyed out cancel button and I get a refund. In the meantime I get seven days to complain to Play, UK Trading Standards and Visa. I encourage readers to search Mad Muscles payments. Google urges "Extreme Caution" dealing with this company. Check out the positive reviews. All are "prompted" Do the reviewers have normal review histories going back years? A few do, but most do not. Draw your own conclusion. I HAVE REACHED OUT multiple times and you refuse a to refund because you are crooks. Your pathetic reply proves my point. I also have seven days to flag every sus looking "positive" review with TrustPilot.

after ordering a medium grade stain master carpet on Nov 1 2025 in what I would call a great experience with sales person, seems everything went down hill. The typical max 17 day turn-around turned into no contact from the from Lowes or 3rd vendor until I called them Nov 19. Found out carpet was on backorder but is scheduled to arrive at warehouse Dec 1. Followed up Dec 3 and found a production issue occurred. Eta was then sometime in late Feb. Options told included ordering different "higher" grade carpet at same price. Placed a new order but the order "somehow" never got into system. I'm mid Dec now. Lots of communication issued between store, customer service and 3rd party carpet vendor to much to go into. During research it was discovered the two seams were in worst possible places layout and walking paths. I ask 2 times to speak with manager who was not onsite and was told a message would be left but no one ever called. My experience with Lowes before the carpet order was positive but had never done a special order. The total experience was very disappointing and would not wish it on anyone ... I should not have been that patient.

When I first received my order, there were a couple of errors with embroidery, one harness was the wrong size, and one leash was missing. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded to me within an HOUR of my email, but rectified the issue THE SAME DAY and had the replacement custom collar, patch, and missing leash sent express to me, with no cost to myself. I wasn't able to get a replacement harness in the proper size, as it was now out of stock (out of anyone's control at this point), but they sent me a return label and full refund for the wrong one. They placed me on a personal mailing list for when the proper size returns in stock or otherwise one becomes available. The responses were thoughtful and sincere--I truly felt valued not only as a customer, but as an individual. They also sent me a bonus slip lead as an apology for the trouble. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with customer service. Fast, personable, and caring!! Thank you Alpine Dog Co.! I'll definitely be referring to others!

Ordered a rug for my dining room to match the one in my living room on 11/5/25. Estimated delivery was 11/24. On 11/23 received notice of delay with est delivery on 2/6/26. Called customer service and was offered a refund of $60 when the rug was delivered. Until then, I would be required to pay for the rug in advance. On 1/10 received notice of delay again for date of 3/27/26. Called customer service and could get no clear answer on why the rug is delayed. Website now shows delivery estimated to be 7/27/26. Rep stated that my order would not be delayed that long, but cannot say for sure. Asked for further compensation for this issue and was told that this would be discussed when the rug arrives. Asked what compensation I could get at this time if I just cancelled the order. Was told NOTHING! Would just be refunded what I have paid so far. Terrible customer service!!!! Do Not Order anything that isn't in stock!!

I didn’t know what I was missing before Rich before I started working with him. Prior to us working together, I was a D1 college fencer and a fairly strong athlete. I had gone through a weight loss journey after a pretty big injury, and Rich met me where I was, and then elevated me to the next level. When it comes to building a fitness and nutrition routine, I feel an incredible sense of relief and trust knowing that Rich has my best interests in mind with his “by fencers, for fencers” approach. I’ve hit awesome new strength milestones with him, and feel great about my fencing too, especially as I get older and find my fencing evolving since my competitive college days. Done are my days of explaining my asymmetry and strength goals to people who just don’t get it! Rich is really the whole package. I’m so grateful to him for just “getting” it, and have zero hesitations about spreading the good word!

I Emailed Debenhams Customer Service, expecting to wait three days for a useless reply, but Finn replied within moments and to say I was impressed was an understatement. He firstly apologised, offered me tracking info of which I never asked for, as I wasn't expecting g a reply let alone an prompt one & he was an asset to his team. Thank GOD Finn answered my Email this night, I hope he gets rewarded for the job he did so well, that most customer services staff dont do!!! Thankyou Finn from Debenhams Customer Services. P.S. im NOT saying all stuff ate bad but Finn is the first good one who replied immediately with info I never requested but was pleased to receive!!! Thankyou CoLLette.

This company is an absolute joke. I can’t believe I did not read the reviews prior to my order. I ordered the advantage of G 100 glasses with transition lenses on November 23, 2025. It is January 12, 2026 and still no product. Oh, let me correct that I was sent Two plastic sets of lenses, a charging cord and a cleaning cloth. BUT NO GLASSES. I do not understand how companies like this are allowed to stand in business. If you think something is too good to be true the behavior of this company is the very epitome of that.
