Review BBVA and Things Must be Improved
BBVA has been really great. With a very informative customer service. However, they should have an english speaking customer service in Italy (where I am reside). And also to have an option bank account statement in english where everything in English.

I gave 5 stars as my experience with this bank was excellent. The opening of the account was fast and straight forward. I was given a bank account number immediately. In Addition, the current promotion is one of the best in the market.

BBVA stopped cashback
After 2 months paying the cashback (should be 6), BBVA stopped without any reason. When I asked customer support why that happened they responded generically with "the cashback is a promozione bla bla". I asked again and got the same reply, just shorter. This is ridiculous. I will approach the ABF and Banca d'Italia for breach of contract.

Really good bank in Italy to have. When other banks are asking for the charges to have an account which is technically you are giving money from your pocket to store in their institutions, BBVA giving the accounts for free with cashback. That is good enough to have this bank
